If you have always wanted to learn how to make gnocchi…or have tried and wished that you could have had a chef at your side while you made them…this class is for you. 

​Join Chef Paige as she walks you through the process of making the dough…forming the gnocchi…and then cooking them.  Class will include a simple, seasonal sauce of sautéed mushrooms and the last of the season’s sweet corn—but once you have the process of making the gnocchi in your wheel house, you will find all kinds of delicious ways to serve them.
